Join us for a 3 day all inclusive nutrition, health and wellness retreat based in the serene Scottish highlands. Hosted by nutrition experts Hannah and Elysia at 5* accommodation.
Our retreats are the ideal destination for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and focus on their health and well-being. Registered Nutritionists Hannah and Elysia have designed their retreats to provide a rejuvenating experience whilst also helping you achieve your health and wellness goals. They combine healthy eating, mindfulness, and physical activity in a tranquil and peaceful setting. At our retreats, you can expect to enjoy a variety of activities and delicious plant-based foods designed to promote physical and mental well-being. Activities will include yoga and meditation classes, guided nature walks, fireside storytelling, plant-based cooking classes and a personalised 1:1 nutrition consultation.

Unfortunately we do not have any ground floor bedrooms or lift and therefore we have no wheelchair facilities.
We strive to be as sustainable as possible: growing our own produce and using for the retreats where possible. Toiletries are eco friendly.
