It is also suited to people who struggle with perfectionism or imposter syndrome. This retreat will help you to master your overwhelming feelings by helping you to develop practical tools that will allow you to take back control. You will learn about how anxiety hijacks the nervous system and why just thinking your way out of it often doesn't work. You will learn how to prioritise the things that are most meaningful and important to you, as well as developing a better sense of your boundaries and how to hold them. This retreat also incorporates EMDR, which can help you process any past experiences that have contributed to you feeling overwhelmed
