What is panchakarma? It is an Ayurvedic therapy that involves Pancha (five) karmas (treatments) that help cleanse the body of accumulated toxins with an aim to restore health and balance in the body and mind.
If you wish to restart your body, heal, calm the mind and remember who you came to be, this retreat is for you.
You will be treated by highly experienced Ayurvedic doctors and enjoy daily restorative yoga and meditation, private consultations, four-hand Ayurvedic treatments, cleansing meals and herbs- all needed to bring your body and mind back to physical, mental, and spiritual harmony.
