Recharge Retreat is a place where you can unplug from daily life, take a break from family or work pressure and focus on just being YOU. The weekend is designed to give you the best possible opportunity to relax, reset and re-focus on what you need to feel energised, grounded and refreshed, whilst enjoying the company of other like-minded women. Mums: it is also an opportunity to get a full night's sleep in utter silence!
The retreat will include:
- 2 nights full board at picturesque Oldfield House, Chichester
- A menu of delicious homemade food
