re:connect is a two-night retreat, which provides a wonderful opportunity for parents and their 10-16 year olds to connect and make memories. The core ingredients are exercise workouts; time in the fresh air; relaxation through mindfulness, yoga or pilates; and great food. In addition, there is a pinch of self-discovery with hands-on workshops and activities - cookery lesson or bushcraft, art session, mindfulness and mala making, and nutrition workshop. All elements have been carefully tailored by a team of wellness specialists to ensure they are fun and suitable for the age groups. The package includes two nights' luxury accommodation, all food and drink and a treatment.
