This is a day to shake off the tension and stresses of the past few months (or even longer) and focus on yourself and gathering together new energy to move forward
We’ll teach you effective techniques for quickly reducing anxiety and building up energy and wellbeing. We’ll get mindful about food and eating (including enjoying a delicious lunch which is both indulgent and good for you). We’ll also build in time to enjoy nature and the beautiful surroundings of Lamport Hall.
The day-long programme will include:
A warm welcome and drink on arrival
A gentle ‘Stretch your body and release your mind session’ to rapidly leave stress behind
An introduction to the therapeutic benefits of nature, out and about in the gardens with free time to reflect and enjoy
A ‘food glorious food’ session showing how food can be pleasurable whilst also transforming your health.
A ‘reset my goals session’ or just time to rest and process the day
