Summer Solstice Retreat at The Yurt in Appledore

Join us to celebrate the Summer Solstice! In the Summer Solstice we can honour the cycle of all things in the natural world, including ourselves and our lives.
It is a moment to pause. To reflect back to the winter and to celebrate all you have achieved and gathered. It is a time to look ahead to the new cycle that is about to begin. It is a time to honour the light and dark within ourselves. From here we can open to any transformation that this can bring.
The day will take you from saluting the sun, gentle movement and meditation with some Summer Solstice rituals to dancing to some uplifting tunes at our ecstatic fire dance! Awakening your energy, releasing and letting go, summoning the fire to burn any negative energy!
Includes cacao ceremony and healthy shared vegetarian supper.
