Join Independent Yoga Teacher and Guide, Mike Williams of Maya Yoga Wales UK, as he welcomes you all to his second retreat at the beautiful grounds of Golden Grove. Mike began his Yoga journey at University where he was completing his Professional Dance Training. Alongside his dance training, Mike found Yoga to be deeply healing and helped regain some love for his body and heart as a long sufferer of Anorexia. Begining his teaching journey in 2019, Mike's gift is his connection to his Welsh Pagan/Celtic heritage and when combined with his mixture of Ashtanga, Elemental Mandala Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, he classes connect to nature itself both energectically and physically within the body. We will explore our minds, bodies and souls through Yoga, Sound, Cacao, Somatic Dance and so much more
