You will be guided to explore, experience and reflect on true selfcare through varied and creative mind-body-soul work.
Your daily Mindfulness and Meditations with Sally will give you an insight into different styles such as visualisations, silence, and energy work. Sally will explain each technique and guide you to a place of stillness, clarity and reflection. Her aim is to bring you to a true sense of knowing, deeply connected to your intuition.
Your daily Yoga practices with Carolyn will be gentle, fluid and intuitive, with less focus on postural alignment, and more attention on intuitive and meditative movement, somatic (felt body) awareness, and Facial Release Flows. Guided easeful breathwork, Yoga Nidra and Restorative Yoga will all invite nurturing embodied rest.

Directions and Travel

Less than 2 hours drive from London or Margate, one hours drive from Brighton. If coming by train, Stonegate station is only 2 miles and Wadhurst station is 6 miles, with journey times from only 1 hour from London Bridge, London Charing Cross, Waterloo East and Cannon St.
