James will introduce you to vocal homeopathy, and its processes by which the chakras are stimulated and retuned. Alongside the therapeutic use of voice we will bring in embodiment practices with Chi Kung movements, integrating them into toning practices. Finally, and complementary to the chakra work, you get the chance to experience Taoist sounds/movements for organs and mantras for subtle field entry.
