We pride ourselves in hosting retreats that are accessible to everyone. Our upcoming Spring Retreat experience will take you on a journey of transformation, nourishing your mind, body and soul. Over the course of this retreat, you will be guided through a daily all-inclusive yoga practice, served up delicious, wholesome food prepared by our in-house chef who will guide you through a cooking workshop on one of the retreat days and you will be be supported through a breath work and cold water exposure workshop experience with an special guest. There will be multiple workshops that may challenge you mentally and physically but you will be supported every step of the way. You will come away from this retreat transformed into a stronger, healthier and more empowered version of yourself.

Directions and Travel

The closest airport is Manchester. The local train station is Grindleford which is a 4-minute taxi ride away but the best option is to drive & leave your car in drive of the accomodation.
