Retreat In Greece

A wellness retreat in Epidavros, Greece with Acupuncture, QiGong, Yoga, Meditation and exploration in a stunning natural environment.

Kate invites you to reset and reflect with a week in Greece. The retreats are located in ancient Epidavros, well known for its healing benefits. Stay at the quiet, family run hotel set directly on the sea and surrounded by citrus trees and olive groves. This opportunity to unplug surrounded by natural beauty is rare in our modern world.

There is no strict agenda for the week, your time is your own to feel your own rhythm. Surround yourself with natural beauty and like-minded people. Eat deliciously prepared natural food that I have personally designed to nourish your body according to Ancient Chinese Medicine. You will have the option to take part in daily Qi Gong, Yoga, Meditation, group discussions, Acupuncture treatments, and to explore the local area with a number of group trips.
