Wellness Weekend: Digital-Detox Retreat, Tenterden, Kent

Enjoy a reflexology or relaxing massage, a powerful group sound healing session and plenty of time to reconnect to yourself and relax!
In between activities you can chill out, enjoy a country walk and some fresh air, soak in one of the jacuzzis, chat, snooze or curl up with a book.
We invite you to turn off your phone and totally switch off from the outside world! There are so many benefits of digitally detoxing and when you disconnect from gadgets you can recharge and reconnect to yourself!
You will be served beautiful and delicious food, cooked by talented Chef & Co-Owner Dave and can enjoy a glass or two of wine in the evenings with dinner if you like.
Our venue for this weekend consists of three comfortable, spacious and light eco barns in the Kent countryside!
