Each day we’ll practice Yoga or Pilates movement designed to create a sense of freedom in the body. And meditation and pranayama for the mind.
And under the night’s sky, we’ll relax into yoga Nidra as we prepare for deep sleep.
This will be a wonderful opportunity to recalibrate and recharge at a profound level.
The retreat will be your time to clear deep-rooted patterns of tension and to nourish both body and psyche through movement and breath. You’ll also have time to roam the island, swim in the beautiful waters and let the island simply take your cares away.
