Your yoga retreat will be located in a luxury beach house, situated right on top of one of Cornwall's most famous beaches. Outside you'll find a private decking area where our morning and evening yoga sessions will be held. Enjoy a mixture of classes over the weekend as well as different types of yoga including vinyasa, restorative, and yoga nidra open to all levels.
Choose to spend a day at the beach sunbathing, surfing or exploring all that Cornwall has to offer or choose to chill at the beach-house for massages, hot tub and sauna sessions.
Enjoy a Summer BBQ feast on the Saturday as well as a 'Summer Cool Down' Ayurvedic workshop plus more...
All attendees will also receive a welcome gift box on arrival featuring products from luxury wellbeing brands!

Directions and Travel

Driving: There is car parking at the property, but it is limited. 5 hours from London, 3 hours from Bristol, 2 hours from Exeter. (Additional paid parking is available nearby at around £7.70 per day) Train: Closest - St Erth. From the station, it is a short taxi ride to the beach house. You can also travel into Hayle. If you are hiring a car, get off at Truro (30min drive). Flying: Closest airport - Newquay Cornwall. You can also fly into London Gatwick or Leeds Bradford and get an Eastern Airways flight to Newquay Cornwall. An airport transfer is then 45 mins away. A welcome guide will be sent on confirmation with relevant information.
