Yorkshire Dales Retreat

This retreat is all about giving you time to nourish your body and mind so you leave feeling refreshed!


Join Lesley and Pamela for a weekend of yoga, exercise and wellbeing workshops to soothe mind, body and soul. Based on their knowledge of Psychology and body based practices this weekend is all about having the opportunity to restore through good movement, self-care workshops and nourishing food. Everything is prepared for you, all you need to do is turn up!

What to expect:
Yoga - aimed at reconnecting with the body, increasing awareness and releasing tension.
Exercise - body-weight based classes are all about using movement to care for our bodies to leave you feeling energised and ready for the day ahead.
Workshops - to look after our minds, covering topics such as self-compassion, mindfulness, and anxiety.

Food - nourishing vegetarian meals provided throughout the weekend

Directions and Travel

Directions - will be e-mailed to participants a couple of weeks before the retreat Travel is not included within the retreat price and participants will be required to make their own way there.
