They operate affordable retreat style holidays in Greece and the UK. Their aim is to give you some space to ‘be’ and to breathe. In Greece they give you the option to join in with the structured activities: to take advantage of one of the courses on offer, to have a massage or Reiki, to join in for meditation and walks, or to go on trips – but it will always be down to you. Do as much or as little as you like. Nothing is compulsory – it’s YOUR holiday.
They also run meditation based weekends in the UK and will be offering Meditation Teacher Training courses (certified by the Yoga Alliance) in the Spring.
