This retreat will provide you with the tools to manage negative thoughts, a space to be you and develop coping strategies for overwhelming feelings. You will come away knowing what to do to help you move forward with peace of mind as well as confidence in yourself and the tools you have gained.
At this retreat you will get a chance to connect and gain inspiration from likeminded people, who have been where you are before and understand.
In turn that will help you to feel heard and not so alone with your struggles.

Learn key skills and techniques to manage anxiety, depression and overwhelm.
Enjoy time away from the stresses of life to revive yourself, feel refreshed and clearer in your mind with some great skills to move forward. Get out of that rut and repetitive cycle of negative thoughts so you can feel free and calmer. We provide, non compulsory, ongoing support for 3 months following the retreat to implement the ‘new you’ into your life back home after the retreat and to also have someone supporting you as you make the changes. These sessions are held via zoom, phone or video call.
Managing negative thoughts and emotions
You will be able to put down negative thoughts and emotions such as guilt and stress, feel more comfortable and come away feeling emotionally balanced and joyful with excitement for life ahead. Using techniques such as Cognitive Behaviour therapy and Positive Psychology you will learn how to manage and unload negative thoughts to live a happy and more positive life. We will help you to understand depression and anxiety as well as address it so you can get back to normal life.
Yoga
Experience yoga and it's benefits. Our yoga teachers all have experience either personally or of working in the mental health field so are very attuned to your needs and tailor the session specifically for this purpose. The yoga sessions are physically gentle and can be adapted for all physical needs. The yoga sessions incorporate a mind, body, spirit approach providing you with the inner healing you truly need.
Food and Accommodation
All food is provided and is carefully chosen to give you a full range of nutritional options and healthy foods. Food allergies and requirements can be catered for. All rooms are single occupancy.
Relaxation and Fun
We aim to make your experience fun and relaxing as well as taking a serious concern for addressing mental health and healing. In the evenings we get together for group discussions or break away in small groups for social time or even some games or card readings for fun for those who are interested. If you simply was to retire to bed or go for an evening walk you are welcome.

A benefit of a retreat is the opportunity to connect with like minded people. By sharing with others you can take away that sense of isolation and loneliness that often comes with Anxiety and Depression.
We explore Mindful Self compassion in depth looking at those negative thoughts we have towards ourselves. Self compassion helps you to find a way to be kinder to yourself hence allowing you to build more positive relationships and build your own self esteem and self belief.
Through an interactive session you will be able to shift negative thought patterns and beliefs allowing you to move forward with a more positive approach to your own life. We help you to reconnect with your own sense of inner peace.
Your Vision and Values
Our visions session on the retreat allows you to really express and dig deep into your true purpose in life. This session is facilitated to bring you into alignment with your vision of life ahead and provides you with the tools to take that forward with hope and excitement for your future.
The session starts with a short guided meditation and then you will have the opportunity to creatively build a collage based on your own values and vision which you will have accessed in the guided meditation. The session is led and facilitated by the therapist who will support you in your journey into true alignment with yourself and your needs so you can move forward from the retreat with clarity of your life going forward and a clear vision of the steps you need and want to take.
Deep Tissue Massage
We provide Deep Tissue Massages to help you to truly relax into the weekend experience. It is pure indulgent time out for you. The massage will leave you with a deep sense of calm, relief from stress and feeling renewed and revitalised.
Various Mindfulness Techniques and approaches
During the retreat we include frequent mindfulness sessions. These support you to become more focused and present in the moment and in your life. The mindfulness supports you to reduce your stress levels and is a key technique to finding peace of mind. We cover various mindfulness techniques on the retreat as not one approach suits everyone. In good weather we will go for a mindful walk and experience the joy of the surrounding grounds of this amazing venue.
You will come away understanding the benefits of mindfulness and how to use it in your daily life as a tool for stress reduction and increased focus and productivity.
