A new retreat venue based in the Cotswolds exclusively for 6-8 guests. Join us in our home, for a weekend to rejuvenate, nurture, relax and recover.

> Five Peaks is nestled in an elevated position with stunning views over the surrounding hills and countryside.
> Our weekend retreats include 5 Yoga and 4 Meditation practices accompanied by detailed anatomy tuition. A daily guided hike of up to 3 hours across the surrounding hills along the famous Cotswold Way, taking in stunning views across the Severn estuary, the Welsh mountains and local countryside.
> Our local, award-winning chef will source, prepare and serve all meals with a range of delicious vegetarian or vegan food throughout our weekend retreats.

Day 1

Arrival time is Friday at 4pm where we welcome you to Five Peaks with an introduction, followed by a Mindful Movement class.
A delicious dinner prepared by a local chef will be served, giving you a chance to get to know your fellow guests.
We close the day with a meditation practice, preparing you for a restful night’s sleep.

Day 1

Day 2

Saturday morning we welcome the day with sunrise meditation at 7am followed by breakfast and a Functional Mobility practice, focussing on strength and stability.
Lunch will be served and then a guided walk awaits. We will set off across the Cotswold hills, taking in stunning panoramic views of the surrounding area and Severn Estuary.
Returning to the studio, a gentle hip class will be followed by Yoga Nidra, experiencing a deep state of relaxation. Dinner will be served and your day will finish with another meditation, setting you up for another good night of sleep.

Day 3

Sunday morning meditation greets the day at 7am, ahead of breakfast and an energising Yoga practice focussing on Chest Opening and Backbends.
A shorter hike will take in the stunning views to the South overlooking the River Severn and bridges across into Wales.
We return to Five Peaks to enjoy a hearty lunch and a final farewell gathering at 3pm.

Teaching Style

The weekend classes take a slower, softer approach. Gentle movement and subtle breathing techniques will compliment traditional Yoga postures. This approach caters to beginners to ease into their practice, and those with more experience to slow down and apply subtle engagements, resulting in a rewarding and deeper experience.

Neil has a deep desire to help people and bring tangible benefits to those who need support. Comprehensive training in India, Bali, and Thailand resulted in 6 years of guiding students through Yoga and wellbeing practices. Neil’s softer therapeutic aspect was inspired by Luna Alignment Yoga, to help students avoid injury by practicing with safety and stability in mind. Neil is now training as a therapist, to help those with common health conditions.
