Live this unforgettable experience that begins with a beautiful hike in the middle of the Peruvian jungle reaching at the mythical Inca capital of Machupicchu, to then spend 4 days of healing and purification in a quiet and comfortable retreat house in a little touristic valley of Cusco.
Two daily yoga practices: energetic Vinyasa and Hatha sessions, and restorative classes of Jyotim Yoga.
Experience awareness eating, enjoying local food, seasonal and healthy, trying your senses with Andean culture, a variety of delicious vegetarian dishes.
The retreat includes two complementary healing therapies: a trip to Santa Teresa hot springs and a temazcal ceremony to detoxify and stabilize us.
The retreat will take place in the Ecogranja of the village of Huyro, located in the Convención Valley, Cusco Region. An exclusive place of exuberant vegetation & wildlife and little exploited tourism. Valley framed in jungle, with a warm climate, surrounded by mountains and virgin vegetation where there are many fruit trees, tropical native flowers and native birds of the place.
The Vilcanota river passes to one side of the two hectares that covers the whole Ecogranja, lending itself to enjoy walks and contemplate its pristine nature.
Trekking to Machupicchu
The participants will have the opportunity to know one of the most beautiful and surprising places on the planet: the Inca capital of Machupicchu. An overwhelming place, full of energy and mystery, that will transport us to another reality, to another time.
An spectacular two days trekking (easy-moderate), through the Peruvian jungle to reach the place.
Day tour to Santa Teresa Hot Springs
Located about 27 kms from the Ecogranja, stand out for their crystalline waters with high medicinal properties.
Hiking trails in the forest, bathing in the river, visit the coffee route, canoeing, bird watching, bike descent. (Some of these activities have an associated cost that must be paid separately from the retreat value).
Two daily classes of Vinyasa or Hatha Yoga in the mornings, and restorative Jyotim Yoga sessions in the afternoons.

b) .- Emotional: cleanses the nervous system, neuronal, energetically stabilizes the body, soul and spirit.
The retreat will have a professional masseur for people who request this additional service (not included in the value of the retreat).
Vegetarian - vegan food & cooking classes
Delicious conscious & healthy food along the retreat. The participants will have the opportunity to experience practice of vegetarian and vegan cuisine. Voluntary help to participate in the preparation of meals.
Javiera Martín Floegel
Chilean, certified instructor of Jyotim Yoga, with more than 10 years of experience teaching Jyotim, Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga.
She has trained with important professors such as Karen O'Bannon, Renato Turla, Sharat Arora, José María Vigar, Ramiro Calle, Emma Marín and Valeria Schneider (India, Spain and Chile).
Ana Arroyo Godoy
Spanish with more than 5 years of experience in conscious food. It is through her own experience that Ana begins to study food, based on their behavior in her physical body. She has participate offering vegetarian and vegan menus made with conscious food for restaurants and yoga & meditation retreats. She has also participated in different cleansing practices and fasts, eating habits; focused on specific health treatments.
