We are located in a beautiful, unspoiled coastal region surrounded by forests and mountains. Our hand picked, expert, Iyengar-qualified teachers will provide beginners with an excellent introduction to the benefits of yoga, and give an opportunity for the more experienced to deepen their practice. Our package includes delicious Turkish, vegetarian food as well as use of the lovely swimming pool and our fully equipped yoga studio in the grounds. We run many optional excursions to nearby beaches and other local places of interest. Centre also available for hire.
Retreat Features and Activities
We organize transfers from Antalya airport.
There are two classes a day. A morning class of at least 2 hours of generally stronger Asana work and a 90 minute evening class with generally a restorative / pranayame focus. All our teachers are experienced and popular Iyengar-qualified teachers.
This is a truly beautiful part of the Mediterranean, with dramatic mountains, many ancient historical sites and of course the fabulous unspoiled 'Turquoise' coastline, along which our guests love to take boat trips.
This part of the Lycian peninsular, which was home to the fascinating civilization of the Lycians and their many cities. These sites where then subsequently settled by Greeks and then Romans. There are several enchanting sites nearby such as Phaselis and Olympos.
Onuncu Koy is a beautifully situated hotel in the sleepy seaside village of Adrasan a 90 minute drive from Antalya airport on Turkey’s Mediterranean coast. With spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and the sea this is an ideal place to unwind and immerse yourself in a week of yoga.
