Paired with the transcendental beauty of Scottish nature and the unrivalled elegance of a five-star boutique hotel set in Royal Deeside, near Balmoral Castle, this deeply engaging retreat provides everything you need to shift your mindset and realise your natural potential.
Over the course of four days, we’ll work through the 7 Elements® of Personal Performance program, blending powerful introspective techniques with the majesty of the Scottish Highlands.
Adding to the uniqueness and life-changing power of the program, you’ll be joined by special guest facilitator and author, Tom Granger - AriaBreath.com, who will guide you through his incredibly transformational breath-work.
You’ll leave this retreat a different person. Renewed, reinvigorated, and ready to face any challenge!
While the retreat residence offer wheelchair access and disabled facilities, part of the retreat is spent in the rugged beauty of the Cairngorms national park, and therefore would be more suited to physically mobile individuals.
The Fife Arms are committed to supporting the region’s delicate ecological balance though a conservation programme, actively supporting many local environmental protection projects, including an initiative aimed at safeguarding the River Dee’s freshwater pearl mussels which, at one point, were hunted to extension.
From fresh seafood and game to local whiskies and spirits, many of the ingredients used in the kitchens and bars is sourced from local suppliers, gamekeepers, and farmers, supporting Scottish businesses and therefore further supporting agriculture and land cultivation.
Pick up from Aberdeen Airport or Perth Train Station by myself is recommended. It's a chance to relax and take in the stunning scenery and begin to gently open up about your challenges.
It is possible to take a taxi from Aberdeen airport, however this is approximately a 2.5 hour drive and therefore costly.
Alternatively, you can drive to the venue either by following the A93 from Perth which will take you through Glennshee (depending on weather as snow may prevent access through the Glenn during winter), or by following the A93 via the Stonehaven turn-off on the way to Aberdeen (A92), which is an accessible route all seasons. This road will also take you past Balmoral Castle; the late Queen's private retreat.
