As science continues to show that plant-based food can improve human and planetary health, only plant-based food will ever be served on our retreats as part of our commitment to improving your wellbeing and that of our planet.

One of the benefits of attending this retreat is that you will make friends with like-minded people over the weekend, who are sure to become friends for life.
By the end of the retreat, you will experience such a profound transformation within yourself. This is such a healing process to go through yet we recognise the benefits of having others by your side as you work on your personal wellness. So we allow plenty of time for relaxation with other retreaters in between our daily activities, as well as explorative group meditations around the poolside and fire pit.
Our delicious plant-based meal times will be another great opportunity to discuss your experiences with your fellow retreaters, or simply retreat yourself if you prefer to practice a more mindful, quiet dining experience.

A calming, self love meditation series will be at the heart of this retreat. You will leave with a profound sense of calm and self love, empowered to continue your wellness journey for the rest of your life.
The weekend will begin with a relaxing sleep meditation to ease your mind and body into the slower pace of life for the weekend ahead. During your stay, you will experience explorative meditation sessions to begin the healing process. Mindful movement, where the teacher will provide both challenge and support, will stretch your body and open your mind.
Evenings offer a time to relax in a roll top bath, or sit outside with the fire pit aglow, inviting you to let go of that which no longer serves you as you set intentions for life after the retreat.

We are facing a climate emergency. Temperatures are rising, ice caps are melting and urgent action must be taken in order to slow the harmful warming of our wonderful world.

Venue:
Venues for our retreats have therefore been chosen very carefully - for every booking we make, the hosts will donate to Rewilding Britain, supporting the restoration of Great Britain’s ecosystems and in turn drawing carbon back into the ground.

Plant-based food:
To help reduce carbon emissions and to reduce harm to animals and the planet, as well as our guests’ health, only plant-based foods will ever be served on our retreats. If you haven’t tried much plant-based food before - prepare to be amazed! Our chef will not disappoint - the flavours are delicious and the food will nourish and fill you up.

Directions and Travel

The house is located in Whittington, near Cheltenham, in the Cotswolds.

By train:
The journey time to nearby Moreton-in-Marsh from London Paddington is approximately an hour and a half, followed by a 30 minute taxi ride to the house. From Crewe, a train to Cheltenham Spa takes approximately 1 hour 45 followed by a 20 minute taxi ride to the house.

If you are arriving by train, I will be more than happy to organise a taxi for you and other guests arriving at a similar time - just let me know if I can help (please note: transport is not included in the price).

By car:
The property is around two hours drive from central London and a similar distance from Cheshire.

By air:
Gloucestershire airport is around 20 minutes drive away, whilst Heathrow airport is under 2 hours by car.
