The house features a spacious dining room adorned with a generous oak table, perfect for banquets and intimate gatherings. The drawing room, complete with a tuned piano, opens onto a terrace where wisteria blooms in early summer, creating an idyllic spot for afternoon teas and evening drinks. For a more relaxed atmosphere, there’s a cozy room for reading and television, ensuring guests won’t miss any important sporting events.

The venue boasts eight bedrooms, each with en-suite or allocated bathroom. Two bedrooms have their own stairways and landings, offering a touch of seclusion for those who prefer unconventional hours, while all bedrooms provide captivating views of the parkland or garden. Each room is unique with its own brand of style and individual character.

Your exclusive retreat includes all property amenities which are a 9-hole golf course, tennis courts, swimming pool (summer only), gym, recreation centre, sauna and walking trails.

The estate is reached via its own private lane, and is about 10 miles from the M3, or the A3. The nearest mainline train stations are Winchester (11 miles) and Petersfield (12 miles) . The staff are happy to collect guests from the train station, or there are plenty of taxis.
