Our farm is based in the beautiful Angus countryside. We have a pretty self contained holiday apartment, which forms a wing of our historic Grade A Listed home. We have lots of fun activities for you to enjoy during your time with us including a Deer Safari, feeding the deer, the sheep and possibly our ponies, relaxing in our historic Walled Garden in the Summer or retreat to the Garden Room by the fire in Winter, learn how to cook our delicious venison with our cookery demonstration, sample some stunning Scottish Whiskeys, enjoy viewing our antique shop and restoration workshop (guided by the only BAFRA member in Scotland) and enjoy home cooked meals delivered to your door which use as many homegrown ingredients as possible.
Remember, this is your retreat so you decide the agenda!
Sadly, due to the age of the property, we are not wheelchair accessible.
We are passionate about farming and sustainability.
We have am environmentally friendly wood pellet boiler, insist on re-cycling and use many home grown ingredients from our garden when cooking.
Happily, we are open all year.
Our retreats last for 3 days/2 nights and a typical timetable can be e-mailed to you if you wish. Remember it is a "No Agenda" retreat so we can tailor it what you require.
Please do get in touch with dates that suit you and we will try our best to accommodate them.
The retreat costs £895.
We are based just outside of Forfar in Angus, Scotland. The postcode DD8 3NZ will bring you directly to our door.
