You will need to be at Perpignan train station by 5pm on Sunday 15th September. You will pay your own way (roughly €50 a day) My health guidance is £300 for the 7 days.
– Guided morning meditation
– Private initial health consultation via Skype – prior to trip
– 5 group sessions
– Follow up session via Skype – after returning home
