This lovely retreat offers a relaxed and gentle holistic program where your days will be filled with yoga, Pilates, meditation, walks and hikes along the beautiful white coast, through the green valleys and up into the mountains that are the backdrop to the retreat’s location, plus plenty of that all important time in the sunshine, relax by the pool, read a book at the beach, explore the pretty local area, browse the boutiques or enjoy a restorative and healing treatment or holistic therapy in the retreats dedicated wellness spa. Evenings at the retreat offer a selection of health and wellness workshops, yoga nidra and meditation. Optional activities also include guided mountain bike adventures, horse back riding and YSUP yoga stand up paddle on the warm waters of the Mediterranean.

Set in a quiet residential area just a gentle 10 minute walk from the beach our private gated retreat complex is comprised of spacious and very well appointed guest suites set around a stunning lagoon pool and sunbathing terraces surrounded by local plants and trees, the perfect place and location to concentrate on improving your wellness and to take time out to truly relax.
The retreat has a private restaurant with large dining terrace plus a guest lounge with small library, a spacious fully air conditioned yoga and pilates studio, the wellness spa has an indoor heated pool plus jacuzzi and sauna, a well equipped gym and spacious therapy rooms.

Our individual guest suites are super spacious and offer a haven in which each guest may truly relax, each suite is decorated and furnished to a very high standard with a comfortable lounge, full kitchen, dining area, large double bedroom with lots of closet space, luxury full private bathroom, free wifi, satellite tv, plus a large private terrace or balcony. Each suite is equipped with a washer/dryer/hairdryer ideal for those guests who wish to travel lite or with hand luggage only.
Each guest will have sole use of their own private guest suite, as the majority of guests travel solo, there are no single supplements and guests are never asked or expected to share their accommodation. All guest suites are of the same high standard.
Is the retreat suitable for solo travellers and beginners?
As the majority of our guests travel solo, we offer a high level of care and information prior to a retreat to ensure that the only thing our guests need to concentrate on is enjoying a lovely inspiring healthy retreat. The retreat is absolutely suitable for beginners, with small group retreats we ensure that we offer a high level of support and attention to all guests, we have a team who all speak at least 2 languages, including: English, Spanish, German, Dutch, Russian, Italian, Danish and French, classes are conducted in English. We see great friendships begin at the retreat but we also think it’s super important that each guest has a lovely private suite in which to truly relax and enjoy their time with us, however, if you would like to share with a friend this is also possible.
The retreat offers a lovely blend of gentle small group exercise options designed specifically to work in synergy with the alkaline detox by boosting energy and improving flexibility and mobility, including daily yoga and pilates, body toning and stunning walks…you will truly be able to see and feel the difference that this retreat can make in just 7 days.
The retreat has a lovely spa and gym, where our world class specialist therapists offer an amazing menu of luxury organic face and body treatments, soothing and invigorating massages and healing holistic therapies. Each guest will have complimentary use of the spa and gym during their retreat, the spa offers a heated indoor wave pool, sauna and jacuzzi.
This retreat is suitable for anyone who is looking to significantly improve or boost their overall mind and body health and wellbeing, at each retreat there is always a lovely mixture of ages and nationalities, we offer both small group activities and private 1-2-1 options with plenty of time set aside for that all important rest and relaxation. The program is only available to adults.
The retreat location is in a mountainous region of Spain, the venue itself is not set out on entirely flat terrain & does have some steps, inclines etc & therefore a reasonable level of mobility is required.

Our retreats run from January to December and are on fixed dates only, however additional days may be added to accommodate flights or simply for a little extra rest and relaxation time, please do check with us as costs for additional nights do vary according to the month chosen and must be booked in advance.
