Trekking: The dramatic mountains ground you into a positive mindset. You’ll hike each day for roughly 6 hours and build deep connections with like-minded adventurers who you’ll share this life changing experience with.
Coaching: The retreat offers a fresh start to help break bad habit patterns back home when surrounded by familiar temptations, triggers and pressures.
I (bella) have struggled with my mental health and eating habits. I share with others the tools I used to find my own balance via group Health Coaching each evening.
My coaching is a two-steps-forward, one-step-back approach...learning from mistakes, letting go of perfection, and accepting you’ll make mistakes again in the future.

You’ll need to get your flight arriving before 5pm. £1199 per person

Directions and Travel

Flight to Kathmandu then there will be a taxi with your name on it to take you to the hotel.
