Coaching: The retreat offers a fresh start to help break bad habit patterns back home when surrounded by familiar temptations, triggers and pressures.

My coaching is a two-steps-forward, one-step-back approach...learning from mistakes, letting go of perfection, and accepting you’ll make mistakes again in the future.

You’ll need to get your flight arriving before 5pm. £1199 per person
