Feeling emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, or stuck after difficult life experiences?
If things have been feeling heavy or difficult, this retreat offers a calm, structured space to begin finding your footing again.
We don’t offer a spa retreat.
Instead, we offer a safe, non-judgemental environment where you can begin working through what you’ve been carrying—understanding your emotional landscape, gently regulating your nervous system, and moving towards a calmer, more steady way of being.
This small-group retreat, held in the Peak District, is designed to help you begin releasing emotional weight, restoring balance, and moving forward with greater clarity.
Transforming Emotion into Clarity, Compassion, and Strength
This retreat is a safe and supportive space to understand depression not as damage, but as the body’s protective response. You will learn how to gently regulate your nervous system, release emotional weight, and reconnect with your inner strength. Through breathwork, mindful movement, Ho’oponopono, and compassionate guidance, you will gain practical tools to manage your “now,” soften self-judgment, and rediscover hope. Our aim is for you to leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and ready to step into life with renewed clarity and confidence and your journey continues afterward, supported by over 50 guided meditations on YouTube and 12+ follow-up courses on Udemy.
A Safe Space to Heal, Restore, and Reconnect
Our retreat offers a safe, compassionate space for those navigating depression, anxiety, or past trauma. Through gentle breathwork, meditation, Ho‘oponopono, subtle energy healing, and polyvagal-informed practices, you’ll learn to calm the nervous system, release emotional tension, and reconnect with your inner sense of peace. Rooted in the Aloha Spirit, we cultivate compassion, forgiveness, and self-love. The retreat complements therapy and ongoing care, and continued growth is supported with guided meditations and online courses, ensuring your healing journey continues beyond your stay.

A mindful countryside walk followed by a shared lunch and relaxed connection.
This day invites you to step outside into nature, breathe fresh air, and reconnect with your body and the world around you. We take a gentle walk through the countryside, practicing mindful awareness and shared presence. Along the way, we notice the beauty and simplicity of the moment. We finish with lunch at a cozy local café, enjoying nourishing food and heartfelt conversation. This day is about grounding, joy, connection, and remembering that healing can also be light and peaceful.
Reconnecting You to Your Natural Wholeness
Take time to step away from the noise of everyday life and return to yourself. In this peaceful environment, the mind can slow down, the breath can soften, and the body can begin to deeply rest. You’ll experience a sense of relaxation and renewal that goes beyond a simple break — it’s a reset. Through guided practices and gentle support, you’ll strengthen your inner resilience, find calm within, and reconnect with the quiet wisdom inside you. This is a chance to breathe, refresh, and come home to peace.

We aim to care for the land as we care for one another. Our retreats use environmentally mindful practices wherever possible, including recycling and composting, reducing single-use plastics, and choosing natural, locally sourced foods when available. We encourage mindful water and energy use and use eco-friendly cleaning products. Time in nature is an important part of our program, and we treat the natural environment with respect, gratitude, and gentleness.
