Soul led bespoke and personalised one to one, or couples wellbeing and healing retreats to soothe your soul.
Everybody is uniquely different, these retreats reflect this by being uniquely attuned to your soul’s needs.
Together explore practices that you can then apply in your own time to support you in your empowerment journey towards finding a way to feel in a different way, to let go of anxiety, find ways to sleep better and explore healing. We will co-create a soulful way of being just for you through a combination of:
Yoga Nidra (yoga of sleep)
Breath work
Chanting /mantra
Indian head massage
Nature connection
The retreats can take place at the Wild Soul studio space and outside in nature.


The studio is up a small flight of stairs. There is access to a downstairs room and toilet, which can be used if requested. Please mention this when booking.
Wild Soul offers accessibility for all souls and creates a safe space for neurodivergent people (yoga trained specifically for autism and ADHD).
Accessibility for people who can’t access groups and feel overwhelmed by group settings.

Wild Soul ‘soothe your wild soul’ retreats are arranged at a time to suit you. Everything about your retreat is tailored to your needs.
The retreats can be half day, full day or two days and can include all drinks and lunch. I can also arrange accommodation for you at a local air b&b studio I have partnered with, offering discounted rates.

Directions and Travel

The Wild Soul studio is at the Victoria Hall, Main Street, Grange Over Sands. Only 25 minutes from Kendal and easily accessible from the M6. There are good train services from Lancaster, Preston and Manchester and bus links between Kendal, Lancaster and Barrow.
