Dance Classes

Evenings you can try dancing through the guidance of touch and with eyes closed, under the supervision of Giorgos and Kyveli. The practice is an outcome of their long personal research inspired by somatics and dance, called Losing Ground. Through a practice of acceptance you will have the opportunity to connect with others beyond words and in a way that consent is present in every moment or to connect with yourself, express your inner child and its endless creativity.
Both yoga and dance are approached with a subjective way that can be both exploring and challenging healing and empowering. Doing so, their practice can serve a multifunctional role that arises from a mutual meeting of practice and practitioner.

Activities

Other activities on the retreat

The area is ideal for hiking and herbal walks. We will have several long and short walks in nature, depending on the need of the group, accompanied with simple somatic practices that will benefit the most from the outdoors ocasion. Also we will have one short walk guided by a local botanist that will share some secrets on the finding, making and using of herbals.
Also we won’t lose the opportunity to visit one of the most iconic beaches of Lefkada, Pefkoulia that combines crystal clear waters with shaded trees. A huge sanded beach, that will provide us privacy to our practice and a must-see sunset!
