One twin bedroom is smaller and in the eaves of the house, perfect for the retreat hosts. Each bedroom (apart from the attic room) has either a private balcony or spacious terrace, perfect for morning coffee al-fresco. Each bedroom has been beautifully appointed to the highest standard, and come with their own dressing table, hairdryer, safe, lockable door, Netflix, robe, air conditioning & Davines toiletries.

This 4 bedroomed luxury villa is only just the start, because once you start to explore you will find multiple outdoor eating areas, many private corners to relax and restore, a huge architectural pool house & gym, with a 21m outdoor pool house, a tennis court amidst the olive grove and our new purpose-built yoga studio that overlooks it.

Villa Oliveto has been designed with entertaining in mind with its light, airy and relaxing open plan living space. Expansive views can be enjoyed from the large windows that wrap around the south facing side of the Villa where you can lose yourself in the rolling hills and olive groves that extend to the sea. Throughout the villa you will find an calming mix of both contemporary and classic design features such as calming white stone floors and Molteni furniture. In the open plan lounge, bathed in natural light, you will find a large expansive sitting area, perfect for winter aperitivos, the large dining area, and the discreet yet comfortable lounge for those who just need to sit back and relax to their favourite TV show. The luxury 8-acre estate will spoil you for choice as this retreat has been designed for enjoying Italy at it’s best in the real outdoors with it’s perfectly manicured gardens. An architect’s dream, and a traveller’s delight. A good 100 metre walk down a path from the Villa, overlooking the sprawling olive grove, you will find the beautifully designed grounds of the pool house and gym, and the twenty-one by 6 metre pool. Complete with in-built massaging bubble zones, this incredible pool is surrounded by limestone, teak diving board and relaxing waterfalls. Whilst you soak up the sun, enjoy the surround sound music system that covers the entire pool area, so you won’t miss a beat. Enjoy a spot of tennis or relax as you practice sunset or sunrise yoga in many locations surrounding the Villa
A flexible space for retreats and workshops
Our newest addition, the Studio and deck is our calming but flexible space that overlooks our very own olive grove. This large year-round space suitable for up to 21 person yoga or pilates class, has been purposely designed with large windows, calming lighting for quiet moments, Bose music system, heating and airconditioning so you can create the environment to suit your retreat. And just to make your life even easier, we have all the necessary equipment there for you too, so you don’t even have to think about it including Yoga mats, bolsters, belts, blocks, blankets, pillows, meditation cushion as well as projector screen and projector. The Studio is a shared space for both Villa Olivo and Villa Oliveto and can be used by both Villa’s if both Villa’s are independently rented.

The estate has varying levels and floors so is less suitable for wheelchairs.
We grow most of our own seasonal fruit and vegetables, use our own produced olive oil and keep any use of plastic to a minimum. We collect our own rainwater to water our gardens and have our own filtered water machines.
We are open all throughout the year and have purposely designed to be an all-year round destination.
Prices start from Euros 11,000 for rental of both properties in Low season - October through to May (Euros 7000 for Villa Olivo and 4000 for Villa Oliveto if rented independently).
Mid season (May, June, September) prices start from Euros 17,000 for for rental of both properties (Euros 10.600 for Villa Olivo and 7400 for Villa Oliveto if rented independently).
Peak season (July, August) prices start from Euros 21,000 for rental of both properties (Euros 12,000 for VIlla Olivo and 9000 for Villa Oliveto if rented seperately).
