Luxury Retreat by the Sea – Hiking & Creative Workshops
Suffolk
6 – 9 October 2026
Three nights on the Suffolk coast - beautiful coastal walks, shared meals and creative sessions with artist Adam Bridgland. All while staying in a gorgeous home with pool & hot tub
What this is about
From the moment you arrive at ARC Thorpeness, everything is taken care of. You'll spend three nights in a beautifully designed coastal house spread across five floors — light-filled rooms, cosy corners, and a top-floor living space that opens out to wide Suffolk skies and sea views.
Each day begins with a guided coastal walk, straight from the house along shingle beaches, dunes, and open shoreline. There's nothing to plan and nowhere to rush — just fresh air, gentle movement, and the landscape doing its work.
Twice during the retreat, you'll join special guest Adam Bridgland for an intimate afternoon session. These are calm, unpressured, and open to everyone — no artistic experience required. For many guests, this quiet, guided time will be the highlight of their stay.
Between walks and sessions, the days unfold at their own pace. A private chef cooks every meal — generous breakfasts, relaxed post-walk lunches, and indulgent dinners with wine, and zero washing up. Evenings drift on with good company, good conversation, and nothing to be anywhere for.
You'll be looked after throughout by an on-site host, so all you need to do is show up.
