Our intention is to provide an honest uplifting experience for our guests. Your happiness is our happiness. The owner, Tim, previously lived on the nearby island of Inish Rath for 8 years in a Krishna ashram. Our retreats are for anyone wanting an authentic experience with a combination of relaxation and education. Tim's wife Yen creates mouth-watering organic sourdough bread and gives deeply rejuvenating hot stone and full-body massages. Other team members and neighbours share more yoga, meditation, cooking and therapies with retreat attendees. We are situated by a lake in natural surroundings.
